Zervion Stay is a private holiday villa in Kalkan, nestled in nature and boasting panoramic views of Patara, distinguished by its modern architecture. Its quiet and secluded location offers a peaceful and isolated stay for both conservative families and honeymoon couples.

The villa, with 3 en-suite bedrooms, can accommodate up to 6 people. The spacious and modern open-plan living room opens directly onto the dining area and pool terrace; the fully equipped kitchen caters to all your needs during your stay.

The villa features a private, sheltered swimming pool measuring 4 x 9 meters and a children's pool. Additionally, a heated indoor pool (3.30 x 4.50 m) offers year-round use. Indoor pool heating is activated upon request for an additional fee and operates between 28 and 31 degrees Celsius.

The gym includes a treadmill, multi-purpose exercise equipment, and foosball; while the master bedroom with a jacuzzi and expansive views elevates comfort to the highest level.
