Directly beneath the living area of the villa is the homeowner's residence, but there is no connection or disadvantage to this. The entrances and exits are completely independent, ensuring guests have their own private space.

Additionally, Kalkan's center, with its popular beaches, restaurants, and shopping opportunities, is easily accessible.
